Hi, thought it might be a good idea to post a little bit about who I am. I mainly have this account so I can post comments to articles written by writers I follow on Substack. I do plan at some point doing some writing myself, probably more so once I retire.
"Scamdemic." Great description. I like that a lot. I saw Trevor Noah was being pilloried in the liberal blogosphere for suggesting that maybe the Moderna CEO had a motive in calling for multiple booster shots every year.
He's South African, you know, and probably knows people who have had the exceedingly mild Omicron variant the American media went into full panic mode over, and thought for himself.
Oddly enough, a liberal Democratic friend of mine isn't buying into the Omicron panic at all, and he was a full-blown Covid alarmist going on about how unvaccinated Republicans were going to kill us all, while gravedancing whenever one of them died of Covid complications, until very recently.
Biden's approval rating on handling Covid has now dropped to 50% from over 2/3rds in February. It is possible we have reached the political tipping point on Covid mandates.
